ENGINEERING-DRIVEN REFRIGERATION SOLUTIONS

Refrigeration Solutions by Application

The right project discussion begins with the operating duty. Tell us what must be stored, frozen or cooled, how the operation will run and what site conditions the equipment must work within.

Choose by Application

The application pages below explain the inputs and choices that shape each type of project. Use them to prepare a first discussion or to check the basis of an existing specification.

Storage and food freezing

Cold storage projects focus on the required storage environment, product movement and room operation. Food freezing projects add product characteristics, loading conditions and the required processing cycle.

Fresh-keeping applications also require attention to the sensitivity of the stored product and the conditions needed throughout the storage period.

Process cooling and ice production

Industrial cooling projects start with the process, fluid conditions and operating profile. Ice-making projects start with how the ice will be used, the output required and the storage or handling arrangements.

In each case, equipment selection needs to connect to utilities, controls and the practical conditions at the site.

Modular and mobile cold chain

Where transportable or modular facilities are being considered, the review includes deployment, transport dimensions, power connections and the division between factory-prepared work and site work. The scope should describe those interfaces explicitly.

From Application to an Equipment Package

  1. Clarify the Requirement

Application, temperature, capacity, product, utilities and site conditions.

  2. Define the System

Cooling load, refrigeration cycle, equipment configuration, controls and redundancy.

  3. Integrate the Equipment

Compressors, condensers, evaporators, controls and auxiliary equipment coordinated as one system.

  4. Support Delivery & Commissioning

Documentation, production follow-up, installation guidance and commissioning support.
