Containerized Storage Application

The containerized cold-storage arrangement brings an insulated enclosure, refrigeration equipment and electrical controls into a modular package. The application centers on storage that can be deployed or relocated to suit an operating requirement.

Deployment Requirements

The package was considered around the storage duty and the practical conditions of transport and installation. Relevant interfaces include access to the site, equipment positioning, power connections and the work required at the operating location.

Coordinated Equipment Scope

Mechocool’s coordination covered equipment selection, container interfaces, electrical and control integration, and testing support within the project scope. The system composition connects a scroll condensing unit with the air-side evaporator and the container enclosure.

Factory and Site Interfaces

A modular arrangement requires a clear division between preparation of the package and work at the deployment site. The refrigeration and electrical interfaces need to remain accessible for connection, inspection and maintenance. Operating conditions and product loading remain part of the basis for system selection after the module reaches its location.
