Define the panel application
PU sandwich panels combine an insulating core with facing materials. Mechocool coordinates panel selection with the proposed cold room geometry and operating conditions. The panel proposal should identify the actual construction and its intended role in the room envelope.
Selection information
Provide wall and ceiling dimensions, openings and the proposed support arrangement. Describe the internal cleaning environment and external exposure so finishes can be reviewed alongside the insulation requirement.

Verify performance and installation details
Request product data and relevant evidence for any thermal, structural or fire-performance requirement. These properties must relate to the supplied panel construction. The package should identify joint seals, trims and installation interfaces. Support design and local building acceptance require the responsible reviewers; panel thickness alone cannot establish suitability for every temperature or application.
