Read the data in context

Equipment ratings apply to stated conditions. Check the selected model, refrigerant, operating temperatures, electrical supply and any other relevant rating inputs in the approved supplier data.

Drawings and technical tables should identify the manufacturer, product revision and the interfaces needed by the installation team. Where information is missing, record it as an open item before the order is confirmed.
